Today's economy is complex and companies are searching for the best employees with the best fit for their organization. Finding and retaining these professionals must be a priority for all well managed businesses. I am seeking a position where my skills and experience mesh with such an organization.
Most recently, at 724 Solutions Inc., a Wireless Internet software company, I held the position of Director, Shared Development Services with a wide range of responsibilities. I have a proven business track record with excellent personal evaluations and welcome new challenges.

I am looking for a senior role in the Toronto area that has Client or Partner facing aspects. This may fall under Program or Project Management. It may be part of Business Development, Channels or Marketing organizations. I am also interested in software development management, consulting and electronics manufacturing. My combined experience provides me with the ability to offer you the leadership and direction you expect.
I have summarized some of my key experiences. Additional detail can be found on my attached resume.
  • Program Managed the Ericsson and Motorola initiatives by working with 724 Solutions Alliances, Channel Partners and the Sales force. I enjoyed the Project Management, technical aspects and Customer facing role and understand how to balance business requirements with commitments while meeting deliverables.
  • Launched a successful start-up company - Nitidus Technology Inc. Established Customer Care and supported Sales.
  • Initiated, developed and Program Managed a Nortel Networks DMS provisioning tool for Engineering, Marketing and Sales. As the Software Development Manager, worked with user teams globally to determine requirements. Commercialized the product with 3rd party vendor.
  • Built and directed Project Management, Development and Customer Support teams. Established 724 Solutions Project Management Office. Project Managed software releases at 724 Solutions and Nortel. Used PMI, RUP and other methodologies. Managed major process initiatives at Nortel.
